UK Ends Quarantine for UAE-Vaccinated Travellers: October 4 Deadline Met
From October 4, 2021, travel from the UAE to the UK is quarantine-free for properly vaccinated passengers.
The UK delivered on its word. From October 4, 2021, travellers vaccinated in the UAE with a UK-recognised vaccine—Pfizer, Moderna, AstraZeneca, or Janssen—no longer had to quarantine on arrival in the UK or take a day-eight PCR test. This reopens a key route for Gulf-based travellers and those transiting Dubai en route to Britain.
